Payments are handled by Stripe. Card and wallet data is processed by Stripe - Vilomedia does not store full card numbers.

Tips & Donation Points

Tips support platform development and unlock Donation Points (DP) for cosmetics. DP is not cash and has no cash value outside the platform.

Tips are not refundable.

Plus subscription

Plus is billed monthly until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; cancellation prevents the next month’s charge. Benefits last while the subscription is active or trialing.

Plus charges are not refundable in the ordinary course.

Limited exceptions: we may refund a Plus charge within 24 hours of purchase if you provide evidence of a stolen account or an accidental purchase. Contact Support with your receipt and details.

Other programs

Adaptation campaigns that cancel refund backers in full per those program rules. Ads and merchandise follow the terms shown at checkout.

Payouts age

You must be 18+ to receive payouts from Vilomedia.
